Please note: The order shall be placed for the time period outlined above from the order date for the price outlined above, payable in advance. Upon conclusion of the contract, a postage down-payment of 50 euros must be made. Once this amount has been used, you will automatically receive a new postage invoice. Post will only be forwarded if you have postage credit. Any postage balance remaining at the contract’s end shall be refunded. This offer is only aimed at commercial customers and only includes letter postage, not goods shipping. The orderer shall be assumed to be a commercial entity, insofar as it is not expressly stated otherwise in the order. Insofar as required for the fulfilment of our contractual obligations, you must release us from postal privacy and authorise us to receive your post. We shall only be held liable for intent and gross negligence - and, insofar as legally permissible - this shall be limited to five times the customer’s annual payable fee. This limitation of liability does not apply to injury to the customer’s life, body and/or health. The place of jurisdiction for any disputes is Munich. German law applies.
